HGM2004 will be held at the Estrel Convention Centre, Berlin

The use of mobile/cell 'phones is prohibited in any session. Any delegate
whose 'phone is switched on and who disturbs any of the sessions will be
asked to leave immediately.
REMEMBER : TURN YOUR 'PHONE OFF
The main HUGO Information Desk is located in the Registration Area. It will be manned by staff from HUGO's London office. The HUGO Information Desk will act as an information and service point for the conference where participants can access information about HUGO and its activities, forthcoming meetings and membership, as well as general information about HGM2003.
Badges will be issued on registration and must be worn at ALL TIMES within the Convention Centre. Security staff will be manning each entry point to scientific sessions and anyone without a badge will be refused entry. Replacement badges will incur a charge.
Badges are colour coded as follows:
Yellow - Speakers and Chairs of Sessions
Burgundy - VIP
Blue - Participants
Red - Exhibitor
Green - Press and Media
Purple - HUGO Staff and Volunteers
The Cyber Café will be open from 10:00 - 18:30 daily. Appropriate use policies and procedures will be provided to delegates wishing to access or send email. The Cyber Café is located in the Exhibition Hall.
Complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits will be provided in the morning and afternoon in the Exhibition Hall.
